i kicked ass today! it was assessment day!! i havent lost or gained weight. but.. i did 36 push ups in a min, i lost a few cm’s and i beat my 2 km time trial by a minute!! the only thing that’s bugging me is my wrists. they are hurting from doing thrusters :(
i have a full month now until my next assessment and i am now prepared to bring it! i really hope to lose at least 5 kilos.

i’ve been having a tough time with everything lately! i have been slack on both my nutrition and exercise! i need to step up my game because ‘king of the mountain’ is only 18 days away! i need motivation!!

off to the gym!!
